Why Float?

Floating is used by so many different groups of people.  There are many physical, mental, and emotional benefits associated with using floatation therapy or reduced environmental stimulation therapy (REST).  The experience is different for everyone but here are a few of the reported impacts.

When beginning your journey with floatation therapy, it's best to go in without expectations, give yourself time to become familiar with the environment and try not to attempt to steer your experience in a particluar direction.  Alow your body and mind to reveal the way.
